Sleep Worlds is a unique and immersive sleep experience written by novelists and poets. These worlds, each with its own atmosphere, culture and inhabitants, are narrated by multiple voices and change each time you visit, providing a fresh yet familiar environment to settle into as you fall asleep. The app offers adjustable story lengths, from a few minutes to all night, and includes special features such as 3D sound environments and visually rendered settings with subtle variations each night.

Sleep Worlds is available on both the App Store and Google Play. Search for "Sleep Worlds" on either platform and follow the prompts to install.

After downloading the app, you can log in using your Apple or Google credentials. Once logged in, you’ll be able to swipe between various sleep worlds to choose the one that suits you best. From there, you can select the narrator, adjust the story length and modify the balance between the narration and the atmospheric sounds to create your perfect sleep environment.

The atmospheric sounds in each world are free to enjoy. To hear the stories, you’ll need a subscription, which is available on a monthly or annual basis.
